Like living at a resort or year long. The grounds are impeccable, maintenance people are right on top of things, office personnel friendly and eager to help. A place you can feel proud to call home. With the hustle and bustle of a busy work schedule coming home to The Estates at Countryside is like having a vacation home year round. The tenants are friendly, the noise level at night is so quiet that sleeping with the windows open to catch a night breeze has never been a problem. All the facilities are so well maintained that when I've had company they were so impressed with where I lived they questioned how could I afford it. Living here? What's it like? You just have to experience it to believe it.

Beautiful landscaping! I can really take pride in living here because it always looks so great! Great pool! Easy access to Tampa, St. Pete, Clearwater Beach. Parking is awful, but that's really my only complaint. A friendly staff and great place to live.

I love it here, my apartment is beautiful and the building is well kept. I agree needs more parking but they are working that.

It's very quiet and I actually feel safe. The place is kept very clean and they are on top of all maintenance and repairs. Very well lit at night. Can't really ask for anything more...except maybe garbage pick up?

I love living here but there are a few things that need fixed. Nothing major just need a better laundry facility 4 washers and 4 dryers for as many 1 bedrooms as you have we need more washers and dryers. That and the washers we have tear cloths and eat money and also have issues emptying water. Also parking is very poor near buildings 1 and 2. Other than that I have no major complaints great job when it comes to maintenance and having things handled in a timely manor.

The apartments are large, clean and well maintained. Anytime you call for maintenance, they respond very promptly. The staff is friendly and helpful.

I enjoy my 1 bedroom apartment. It's the perfect size for me. I love the open feel with the kitchen and living room. I also love the enormous closet and huge mirror in the bathroom. Having the new ceiling fan in my bedroom is also a definite plus. The only issues I have with the place is the parking situation and cleanliness. I have a job where I work all hours and I don't like walking acros the entire place at 1am, in the dark. I don't feel safe and I think the parking lots could be better lit. But, it's not even an issue at night. I have 3 cars right in front of my apartment that have not moved in 4 months. I don't think this is fair at all. If they want to stay in a spot, they should be forced to pay for a garage. If I ever go grocery shopping, I purposely don't buy too many heavy items because I know, I will have to walk a mile. This problem needs to be fixed. The other issue are the very dirty walkways and millions of cobwebs up and down the stairs. These should be maintained on a regular basis. I hate that when I open up my front door, I have to see a ton of dirt and dead bugs on my welcome mat. Why isn't this being taken care of?

I have enjoyed living at the estates! This is my second time, one before I was married and now with my husband. Before I had two roommates from church and it was wonderful and very affordable after splitting three ways. We loved the location and after getting married my husband and I knew this was where we wanted to start our beginning. I really enjoy it, just need more parking.

The community is great. the amenities are great. the office staff is the best available. The only complaint is that parking is an issues at night.

It feels so nice to come "home" to the Estates. I am very pleased with the complex and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Parking can be challenging, but that is to be expected. The apartments are clean and spacious. I couldn't be happier. Truly !
